Jordan loves all other dogs, big and small. His foster mom has a feisty Chihuahua and he let’s her rule the roost. It would be great to see him go to a home with another pup. Jordan does a lot of play bows with other dogs, but he’s still learning to play and hasn’t engaged in wrestling yet.
When Jordan sees one of his people, or the leash comes out of the closet, he gets so excited that he spins in circles. His two favorite activities are playing ball and riding in the car.
Although Jordan loves his walks, unlike other huskies, he doesn’t seem to need much exercise. He does well on leash. In addition to his potty breaks, he goes on a daily one mile walk and that tuckers him out.
Jordan spent most of life on a balcony before coming to BASH and didn’t have the best manners or social skills. He’s progressed nicely, but still needs more training, When Jordan has a toy, he doesn’t like to give it up, unless he’s bribed with a yummy treat. With some more training in this area, he will be able to overcome it.
Jordan will be on two medications for his lifetime: prednisone for swelling and THYRO-TABS for a low thyroid condition. Simply wrap the pills in the treat and he takes his meds like a champ.
He is a neutered Male, 6 years old, Housetrained, Crate Trained, Lead Trained, has Obedience training, good with Large Dogs, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations, microchipped.
