Roma is a very shy but sweet 6mo old puppy. She spent the first few months of her life in less than ideal circumstances causing her to be fearful of most things. She is now with a foster family and has been doing her best to overcome her fears of being outside.
Roma needs a family with a lot of patience that can help show her how to be confident.
She would not do well in a home with young children since she is easily startled. She’s met various dogs with no issues. She does well ignoring the pet rabbits at her foster family, and has seen cats but is not interested in them.
Roma currently knows the commands; sit, kennel, go potty, and touch.
She does take a while to warm up to a new family and still isn’t 100% comfortable with her foster family but is doing her best. Roma LOVES other dogs and is most confident with the security of an older dog to teach her how to behave. We cannot rehome Roma to a home with another dog under a year old to avoid over attachment to another puppy.
She is a spayed Female, 3 years old, Housetrained, Crate Trained, Lead Trained, good with Children, good with Large Dogs, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations, microchipped.
