Shasta is a very sweet, playful and energetic young Siberian. We did an emergency adoption to get her out of the local dog pound and brought her home to foster. She gets along well with out 2.5 yr old male, probably best not placed with another female dog. She is house trained, walks well on a leash. We are working with two local trainers to lower her reactivity threshold when other dogs are nearby. We are looking for her forever home with an experienced Siberian owner and fenced yard. She jumps well. Does not seem to want to run, comes back when called but is proud of her ability to jump. We have been working with her for about 3 weeks, prey drive is most likely high, she has not been exposed to cats (we do not own a cat). Most likely ok w/ older children, very friendly with adults. Please contact me for additional information. She has her rabies cert, will get her second round of booster vaccinations today and has an orientation for doggy day care at "It's all about the dogs" in Eureka CA this Sunday. We will also be testing for heartworm and starting Heart gard & NexGard meds. Sequoia Humane Society will be microchipping her next week. She rides well in our truck and car with our Husky Raif.

She is a spayed Female, 3 years old, Housetrained, Lead Trained, has Rabies vaccinations, has DHLPP vaccinations.
